Healthy Black Man Challenge Week 15: Do Not Lose What You Gained

BrotherStrong Weekly Encouragement and Prayer
Healthy Black Man Challenge Week 15
Focus: Healthy Self, Reflection and Reset
Week of April 13, 2026
Theme: "Do Not Lose What You Gained"

Weekly Encouragement

Brother,

Take a moment and breathe it in.

What you experienced was powerful. The conversations. The connections. The conviction. The clarity.

The BrotherStrong Black Men's Empowerment Conference was more than an event. It was a shift.

Now comes the most important part.

What will you do with it?

It is easy to feel inspired in the moment. It is harder to stay committed when life returns to normal.

But growth is not proven in the room. It is proven after the room.

This week is about reflection and reset.

Reflect on what spoke to you. Reflect on what challenged you. Reflect on what needs to change.

Then reset your focus. Not back to where you were. But forward into who you are becoming.

Do not lose what you gained. Build on it.

Weekly Prayer

God,

We thank You for what took place.

Thank You for every man who showed up. Thank You for every word spoken. Thank You for every life that was impacted.

We are grateful for the vision, the leadership, and every hand that helped make the first BrotherStrong Black Men's Empowerment Conference an overwhelming success.

Now help us to carry it forward.

Do not let this be a moment we forget. Let it be a turning point we build from.

Give us discipline to apply what we learned. Give us focus to stay aligned. Give us strength to continue growing.

Let what started in that room continue in our daily lives.

Amen.

Weekly Activation: Reflect and Recommit

Mind: Write down your top three takeaways from the conference. Be specific.

Soul: Identify one change you are committing to as a result of what you experienced.

Spirit: Pray over your commitment this week. Ask God for consistency, not just motivation.

Accountability Question: Who will help me stay committed to what I said I would change?
