BrotherStrong Weekly Encouragement and Prayer
Healthy Black Man Challenge Week 16
Focus: Healthy Self, Consistency After the Moment
Week of April 20, 2026
Theme: "Keep Showing Up!"
Weekly Encouragement
Brother,
The conference is over. Now the work continues.
Moments can inspire you. But habits are what transform you.
You felt the energy. You heard the message. You made the commitment.
Now the question is simple. Will you keep showing up?
Growth is not built on big weekends. It is built on daily decisions.
The early mornings when you do not feel like it. The small choices when no one is watching. The discipline to stay aligned when life gets busy again.
This is where separation happens.
Not between good men and bad men. But between men who start and men who stay consistent.
This week, we challenge you to protect what you gained. Stay focused. Stay disciplined. Stay committed.
You did not come this far to go back.
Weekly Prayer
God,
Thank You for what You started in us.
Now give us the strength to sustain it.
Help us to stay disciplined when motivation fades. Help us to stay focused when distractions return. Help us to stay committed when life gets busy again.
Remind us daily of who we said we were becoming.
Give us the endurance to keep showing up for ourselves, our families, and our future.
Let consistency define us.
Amen.
Weekly Activation: Stay Consistent
Mind: Review your conference notes or reflections. Choose one principle and apply it every day this week.
Body: Commit to at least three days of intentional movement this week. Stay active and disciplined.
Spirit: Pray daily for consistency. Not just progress, but discipline to keep going.
Consistency Question: Am I still doing what I said I would do?
Next Engagement Opportunity
The journey continues.

Let us continue building momentum together.
Weekly Affirmation
"I stay consistent. I stay committed. I keep showing up."
A Word to Black Women Reading This
The moment has passed, but the mission continues.
Many men left the conference inspired. Now they need consistency.
Your encouragement still matters. Your support still matters. Your voice still matters.
We invite you to continue sharing the Healthy Black Man Challenge each week with every Black man you know.
Encourage them to stay committed. Encourage them to keep showing up. Encourage them to apply what they learned.
Also, we invite you to join us for the next engagement, the AsONE Prayer Walk on May 16, 2026 at Festival Park in downtown Fayetteville.
This is an opportunity for families and communities to come together in unity and prayer.
When you continue to share, you help sustain momentum. You help men stay focused. You help turn inspiration into transformation.
Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for sharing each week. Thank you for believing in healthy Black men.
Until all have been touched... keep reaching!
Jeremy
